This role isprimarily office-based in Peterborough, with limited flexibility for occasional remote work once established. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support tender documentation, compliance and submissions Track deadlines and ensure tenders are submitted accurately and on time Liaise with clients, councils and suppliers via phone and email Format documents and complete tender questionnaires Provide general office administration and coordination support Manage job booking, calendars and scheduling (secondary responsibility) Support invoice processing and supplier documentation (administrative support only) Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Essential Requirements UK-based candidate, located locally to Peterborough (required) Availability to work primarily from the office Excellent written and spoken English Strong experience in office administration / office coordination High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Confident and professional telephone manner Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desirable (Not Essential) Experience supporting tenders or bids Experience in construction, engineering or professional services Important Note This role requiresregular office presence in Peterborough.
