Project Administrator Inverness area £19-£23 per hour - 38 hours per week 3-year contract starting in November 2025 Grafton Recruitment is partnering with an established company that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a three-year contract basis. As a Project Administrator, you will provides a wide range of administrative and executive support and facilitates agenda, travel, communications, engagement, and related items. THE ROLE: Some of your responsibilities as a Project Administrator: You will work independently on projects. Provide extensive administrative support. You will act as a point of contact for visitors. Coordination and support of departmental initiatives. Execute all process related tasks & coordination. Complex calendar management and administrative tasks as assigned. Scheduling and planning internal and external meetings. Engagement events planning and coordination. Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets. Experience with document control. Responsible for tracking and ordering consumables for office and warehouse. Creation of the Purchase Request and the Good receipt. Scheduling of Site inductions and issuance of Terminal credentials in close coordination with EHS team and Port securityTHE CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.
