AP Personnel are delighted to represent our client, a multi-jurisdictional legal practice who are in search of an experienced Administrator/Senior Fund Administrator for its Real Estate Team based in its Jersey office. The main duties of the role are to assist your line manager with the servicing of a portfolio of private equity and real estate clients. This will be a varied role dealing with differing client-related issues from accounting to administration. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the take-on of new business. Company secretarial duties will be involved along with cash management tasks, and ad hoc projects with the aim of developing the companies Real Estate administration services. This is a terrific opportunity for a driven individual looking to establish themselves as a key member of a professional and growing outfit. We are looking for candidates to be familiar with corporate governance, competent in the organisation of board meetings, exemplary communication skills and strong computer literacy.
