About the role…
We’re looking for a Senior Systems Tester to join the MRN Technologies team and play a key part in driving our tech strategy forward. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality automated and manual testing solutions across both our current systems and future capabilities.
You’ll take proactive ownership of our automated testing approach, helping us scale and meet the growing demands of a fast-moving, innovative business. It’s a great opportunity to make a tangible impact and shape how we do automated testing at MRN.
The Senior Systems Tester will be responsible for.
* Analysis of business requirements, user stories to create effective and comprehensive testing solutions, ensuring coverage and validation of service.
* Test automation development, designing, building and maintaining reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
* Collaborate with all members of the project team and other stakeholders to ensure product quality is achieved.
* Execute automated test cases for functional, end to end regression and validation testing.
* Support the system revalidation programme through the development and execution of automated and manual tests.
* Provide regular and detailed development progress reports to the Director of Validation and other stakeholders as required.
What you’ll bring…
* Hands-on experience with developing and implementing automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit or similar – this is essential
* Agile delivery experience
* A background in a small to medium sized service provider – familiarity with the pace and variety of this environment is key (experience in pharma, healthcare, or a regulated industry is a big plus)
* Exposure to the full software development lifecycle is a bonus
* Experience using JIRA/Zephyr is desirable
* Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET will be useful
* Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS, or Azure would be an added advantage
