Purosearch are working with a secure care provider who are looking for a Residential Care Home Manager to join their team!
The successfully candidate will deliver a high range of CQC registered care service to elderly people using a person-centred approach to maximise independence.
Requirements:
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
-Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents
-Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff members
-Coordinate and monitor service users care plans, including medication administration
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
-Handle any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff members in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
-Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
-Extensive knowledge of senior care, assisted living, elderly
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proficient in medication administration protocols and procedures
-Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
