Change & Process Lead ( South)
Permanent | Hybrid (12 days on client sites) | Competitive salary (Circa 60K) + benefits

Right now, were supporting a growing consultancy with a people-first approach and a mission to make HR transformation smoother, smarter, and more successful for their clients.
As their client base grows across the North West and London, theyre now looking for two brilliant Change & Process Leads who can help drive meaningful, lasting transformation across HR systems, processes, and ways of working.
The Role
As a Change & Process Lead, youll act as a trusted partner to HR teams, driving change across systems, processes, and ways of working. From redesigning models to embedding adoption, youll make transformation sustainable and ensure it sticks.
Youll:
Lead change management workstreams across HR transformation programmes.
Redesign and document HR processes to support new operating models.
Deliver engaging communications and workshops to support adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to align and drive success.
Measure progress and capture the value created through change.
About You
Were open to different levels of experience from ambitious emerging talent through to experienced change leaders, but what matters most is mindset.
Youll be someone who:
Brings clarity to complexity and connects people, process, and technology .
Has hands-on experience delivering HR or process-led change. ideally across HRIS implementations such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar .
Understands the challenges of HR transformation, including process re-design, data, and adoption.
Leads with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a people-centred approach.
Is a self-starter comfortable working remotely and across multiple clients.
Understands change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and how to apply them pragmatically.

Locations:

Hybrid working, typically 12 days per week on client sites, so the ability to travel is essential.
