Are you an experienced HRIS Analyst who enjoys owning and managing the HR systems, data and reporting and would like to secure a hands‑on role to take ownership of the day to day system and ensure it delivers real operational value?
RedGreen Partners have been instructed to recruit this newly established role for a growing organisation, based in Manchester city centre.
The Role
The HRIS Analyst will sit at the heart of HR operations, ensuring the HR system is stable, accurate and evolving in line with business needs. A new system is to be integrated and a key aspect of this role will be to consolidate data and reports into the new system. Working closely with HR, technology teams and external suppliers, you’ll subsequently focus on improving system capability, strengthening relationships and driving continuous improvement.
The position has a strong reporting and MI focus; producing clear, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
You will also act as the main point of contact for HR system queries, providing guidance and resolving issues efficiently and partner with external suppliers to manage system performance, enhancements and continuous optimisation.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in an HRIS Analyst or HR Systems role within an operational HR environment
* Strong HR data, reporting and analytical capability; PowerBI experience highly desirable
* Hands‑on experience with HRIS implementations or major system changes
* Strong, customer centric relationship builder with confidence to work with key stakeholders and third‑party suppliers
* Detail‑driven, organised and comfortable balancing BAU support with system improvement work
The salary on offer is £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits and offers a hybrid working pattern.
