Job Role:
You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, creating inventories and schedule of conditions, performing mid-term inspections, generating check-in and check-out reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure accurate inventory records.
* Create detailed schedules of condition to protect both landlords and tenants.
* Perform regular mid-term inspections to maintain up-to-date records.
* Generate professional check-in and check-out reports to streamline the process.
Requirements:
* Detailed-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
* Good IT skills with the ability to learn bespoke software packages.
* A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
* A DBS Check is essential.
