The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play an important role in shaping children’s early learning experiences and supporting their development in a caring and stimulating environment.
* Planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage learning through play
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
* Acting as a key person and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
* Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
* Working as part of a positive and collaborative team
What We Are Looking For
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Level 2 applicants may also be considered depending on experience)
* Previous experience within an Early Years or childcare setting
* A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children in their early development
