The Role:
As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of projects from early concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders. Your role will include:
* Leading projects across RIBA Stages 1-6
* Developing design concepts into fully resolved technical packages
* Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
* Managing project programmes and delivering to deadlines
* Ensuring adherence to UK Building Regulations and construction standards
* Using Revit daily as a core design and documentation tool
About You:
We're looking for someone with a proactive, hands-on approach who brings strong design sensibility, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset. You will have:
* ARB registration (essential)
* Solid experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Ability to manage multiple project demands confidently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for high-quality, sustainable architecture
