Vehicle Parts Advisor / Bridgend.
1. Salary: £26,500 per annum plus monthly target-related bonus and overtime.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm paid at time and a half.

Our client, a franchise-approved car dealer group situated in the Bridgend region, is currently looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join their business.
Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, working within a small team, as the Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, a first-class management style and demonstrating a comprehensive technical understanding of the automotive trade. You will ensure that all customers in the retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.
To be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a franchise-approved vehicle dealership; however, our client is open to candidates from a motor factor background. You will also need to be IT literate, given that you will work daily with a dealer management and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills in a friendly and charismatic manner.
