Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily.
Understand our product range and identify opportunities to upsell.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Research and source information using internal systems and resources.
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Set up new customer accounts and update existing records.
Process orders and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
Prioritise and escalate issues where required.
Follow up on customer interactions as necessary.
Maintain accurate call logs and records in line with company procedures.
Produce regular call and performance reports.
