Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their journey
2. Handling customer orders and coordinating with internal departments for smooth order fulfilment
3. Responding to customer enquiries promptly and providing necessary updates on orders, deliveries, and invoices
4. Distributing invoices, tracking numbers, order acknowledgements and order confirmations to customers, ensuring that the customer is up to date with their orders
5. Contacting courier companies via live chat, telephone, and email to rectify any problems with on-hold shipments
