Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IP Administrator to join our central resource team and be based in any of our office locations - Halifax, Manchester, Leeds or Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IP experience, within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices, using relevant online systems where required
* Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content
* Create and process invoices, including complex invoices
* Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines
* Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required
Skills Knowledge, and Expertise
* Strong administration skills with a process-driven, detail orientated approach
* Experience in IP Administration/Formalities advantageous
* Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills
* Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
