In this role, youll work towards your level 3 IT Support qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day on the Job: Skillfully managing and resolving ticket issues Setting up, installing, and configuring cutting-edge software and hardware Collaborating on existing network projects and conducting testing Delivering top-notch customer service and technical support Handling password resets and management Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,000 per annum Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Some flexibility with start and finish times 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Engaging quarterly team building activities Progression onto the Level 4 Network Engineer programme Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: A genuine passion for all things IT Experience building or upgrading PCs with the latest technologies Team player mentality Outstanding interpersonal skills A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service A grade 4 in Maths and a grade 5 in English at GCSE is required for this role Your Training with Baltic: This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.
