Logistics Operative – Warehouse / Logistics
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.50 p/h
Contract: Temp-to-Perm, Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting a motivated Logistics Operative to join our client’s manufacturing team. This is a key operational role, supporting daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
* Support warehouse processes to meet productivity and operational targets
* Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies
* Ensure all warehouse areas comply with Health & Safety and hygiene standards
* Work as part of a team to support colleagues and meet deadlines
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
* Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work under supervision
* Basic computer skills for stock and reporting purposes
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
