The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide support to pupils with a wide range of needs, including ASD, SLD, PMLD, and communication difficulties. Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and the use of hoists when required. Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning throughout the school day.
