Job Role: Customer Experience Executive
Location: Our amazing office in Colchester, Essex (CO7 7QR)
Salary: £27,000 per annum + company bonus
Position: Permanent, full time. Mon-Fri (NO WEEKENDS)

The Team:
The Customer Experience team are currently 18 members and growing They play a critical role in contributing to our success. The Customer Experience Executive will be focused on delivering a first-class customer experience to every customer. As the face of the company, you will be helping customers with quoting and ordering air conditioning and ventilation products for a next day delivery. Helping with delivery, product and account queries via telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp and live chat.
This fast-paced role is certain to keep those who love a busy day satisfied as you cover a wide variety of tasks, as well as interacting with all areas of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, a hunger to learn and a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience
Essential Skills:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced office environment is a must.
* High level of accuracy
* Order processing experience
* Basic computer skills
* Team Player
* Proactive & self-motivated
* A good communicator and relationship-builder with colleagues and customers
Nice to have:
* Experience of working towards KPI's
* Experience of using a CRM system
