Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.

Your main responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:
9. Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
What we are looking for in a Occupational Therapist:
10. Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
11. Have experience and be skilled in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
12. Need experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
13. Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer.
14. Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative
15. Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
