Shift Supervisor - Staines Hours: 55 hours/week (Day Shift: 06:00-17:00 | Night Shift: 17:00-04:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends) Temp to perm role Pay: £50,000 per year (depending on experience) additional pay for extra shifts We're recruiting on behalf of a busy processing facility for a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations and manage a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone with a background in manufacturing, engineering, or waste processing who can lead from the front and drive results.
