Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and public sector expertise? We are seeking a dynamic Interim HR Advisor to join our team for a 6-month contract, offering hybrid working arrangements and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders in line with public sector policies and procedures.
* Support change management initiatives and contribute to HR project work as required.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance standards.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience handling a wide range of employee relations cases independently.
* Strong working knowledge of public sector HR practices and frameworks.
* Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
