160-cover destination features an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail
bar, and year-round terrace, offering an exceptional dining experience in the
heart of Mayfair.

seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in

Previous experience within
a high-volume premium restaurant is essential
Position :
You
will bring the following skills and experience:
* Experience
in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant
* Outstanding
communication and people skills.
* Courteous,
friendly personality and professional appearance.
* Superb
multitasking skills and eye for detail
* Ability
to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency
* Strong
problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to
handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and
rationally.
* Able to
meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking,
standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights,
weekends, and holidays.
* A
working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
* Available
to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
