Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our Customer Care Team. If you’re passionate about helping people, quick to problem-solve, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Be Doing

* Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) communications and logging key claim details accurately
* Providing empathetic and professional support to customers involved in road traffic incidents
* Assessing Windscreen claims in line with policy terms and internal procedures
* Resolving logistical issues proactively to avoid complaints
* Communicating with external partners and internal teams to process claims efficiently
* Identifying opportunities for third-party intervention to minimise claims costs
* Working towards agreed service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Excellent communication (phone/email) and customer service skills
* Naturally empathetic with a calm, reassuring approach
* Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
* Positive, can-do attitude and a self-motivated work ethic

Key Personal Skills Required

* Ability to organise workload, under pressure, whilst meeting tight deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, including Excel.
* Effective investigation and negotiation skills.
* Effective communication skills, written and verbal, demonstrated by experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
