Purpose of role:
* To work with the Manager and team in your pub or bar to drive sales through relationships, events, day to day activities and effective marketing
* To target both consumer & corporate business in your area
* To build relationships with local companies to expand the site’s corporate portfolio
* To identify, grow and nurture relationships with corporate agencies, corporate and local business to increase pre-booked sales in your venue
* To identify and grow consumer pre-booked opportunities through regular communication with regular customers, and maximising company initiatives such as birthday offers, Christmas activities and general promotions
* Effective, detailed communication with your team regarding all events and promotions, ensuring they are equipped with the relevant knowledge to confidently communicate with customers and execute events/bookings.
* Management of all bookings and events
