We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience About the team The team work in partnership to support adults with mental health issues to promote and maintain their independence. Care coordination of complex cases under CPA, developing co-produced care plans with service users, risk assessment and management and safeguarding are just some of the day to day duties of an adult social worker, in the mental health team. The team deal with cases on a long term basis. About you A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, experience of Care Act assessments and reviews and able to manage their time effectively and prioritise their workload. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy & procedure including Safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Care Act and Mental Capacity Act will also be necessary for the role.
