We are seeking a commercially focusedIn-House Solicitorto manage all UK legal matters and support our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions, service agreements, and partnership MOUs.
* Draft and maintain business terms and conditions.
* Assist with IPO applications and opposition matters.
* Handle pre-litigation strategy, customer disputes, and small claims court matters, including payment issues with banks and clients.
* Provide proactive legal risk management and advice across the organisation.
Requirements
* UK-qualified solicitor (England & Wales), with post-qualified experience (PQE).
* Strong experience in commercial contracts, small claims, and dispute resolution.
* Excellent communication, legal drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Commercially minded and confident in managing legal work independently.
