The firm:
* Long established and highly regarded firm in the West End

The role:
* Handling a broad range of commercialproperty work on behalf of commercial and institutional clients
* Examples of work include, landlord and tenant, site assembly, real estate finance, sale and purchase of commercial properties
* Part of a small, very busy, commercialproperty team
* Involvement in marketing and business development
The candidate:
* Probably around 3-6yrs broad PQE in commercial property
* Experience ideally from acentral London practice noted for its commercialproperty work
* Genuine interest in marketing and an understanding of the importance of business development in this sector of the market i.e. small to mid-sized West End commercial firms involved in the commercial property market
