We are currently searching for an ambitious, talented & highly motivated individual to join our Belfast operations team as an In-House Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful applicant will manage our Internal recruitment across the group. Key Responsibilities: You will be involved in Recruiting individuals to join Reperio Human Capital, positions you will recruit for will include hiring prospective recruitment consultants and operations staff. You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle in Reperio Human Capital including sourcing, selection, screening & interviewing. Some of your tasks will include drawing up & posting adverts, interviewing candidates (via phone & in person), information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates. You will utilise social networking sites, online advertising & online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates to join Reperio. Pro-active headhunting will also be a regular responsibility, in addition to cultivating talent pools for future hires. You will also provide detailed reports to the senior management team to support the hiring process. Role Requirements: You will have a previous experience within a Recruitment role (whether internal or agency). You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator. Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results. You should have experience sourcing candidates through a variety of different methods (LinkedIn/Job Boards etc). You should have extensive experience in pro-active recruitment strategies, and cultivating talent pipelines. You should be goal orientated & target driven. IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks. This role will require flexibility to travel to our international offices on occasion (up to 3x per year). What should you expect?
