Are you passionate about coaching and inspiring young footballers? LaunchPad is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Freelance Football Coach to lead breakfast, lunchtime, and after-school football clubs at primary schools.
About the Role:
As a LaunchPad Football Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering fun, engaging, and inclusive football sessions to primary school pupils of all abilities. Your role will focus on skill development, teamwork, and making football enjoyable for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver structured football sessions for breakfast, lunchtime, and after-school clubs
Create a fun and inclusive environment for children of all skill levels
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game
Ensure safety and safeguarding protocols are followed at all times
Liaise with schools, parents, and LaunchPad to ensure smooth session delivery
What We're Looking For:
FA Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification (preferable not essential)
Experience coaching children, ideally in a school or grassroots football setting
A positive, energetic, and engaging approach to coaching
A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
FA First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Flexibility to work mornings, lunchtimes, and/or afternoons
