Creative – Linney Create
At Linney, our creative team brings ideas to life – and life to ideas.
We’re idea fanatics, storytellers, curious disruptors and expert collaborators.
That’s us. The question is – are you?
Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. Right now, we’re looking for strategically sharp, conceptually fearless creatives who can turn insight into ideas – ideas that scale across channels, shift perceptions and deliver measurable impact.
This hybrid role is based in Nottinghamshire, with travel to client sites.
You’ll lead integrated projects from concept to execution, inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that’s smart, effective and visually dynamic. You’ll be as confident off the tools as on them, collaborating with designers, filmmakers, strategists and writers.
One day you might be co-creating with global partner agencies on a cross-channel FMCG launch; the next day you could be developing a social-first campaign for a boutique brand. You’ll think in stills, motion and pixels, balancing traditional craft with digital innovation, and including AI as part of your toolkit.
You’ll be an experienced creative who blends craft and curiosity, instinct and insight, strategy and storytelling, developing ideas rooted in audience understanding and commercial goals.
You’ll enjoy working closely with strategists, designers and clients to sharpen thinking and elevate the work, and will be brand-aware, not brand-limited, so you know when to flex guidelines and when to challenge them.
A supportive leader, you’ll be able to coach, develop and empower your team, while prioritising collective success and letting the work win. Progressive and driven, you’ll be someone who is always seeking to make the work stronger and smarter.
Essential skills and experience:
* Confident communication skills to present, rationalise and defend ideas with clarity and professionalism
* Cultural and commercial awareness
* A commitment to driving high-quality creative outcomes
* At least five years’ agency experience in a senior creative role
* A folio brimming with big-brand, cross-channel campaigns
* A skillset that combines digital/social-first thinking with traditional craft
* Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including Adobe CC
* A strong understanding of advertising, branding, marketing and retail environments
* Knowledge of and proficiency in AI and emerging platforms
* High-level visualising and storytelling skills (traditional/digital)
* Excellent presentation, writing and client-facing abilities
