Typical day as a Support Coordinator
* Develop personalised support plans, coordinate Support Workers, and review progress
* Work with Newcastle services to reduce homelessness, supporting vulnerable women with complex needs
* Provide high-quality housing (24-bed and dispersed properties) where customers feel secure
* Connect customers with specialist services and help them achieve personal goals
* Support daily life skills, benefits, bills, tenancies, and moves to independence
* Build trust, manage challenges, and collaborate closely with colleagues

Join a passionate team of 19 supporting customers to achieve their goals. Our Manager Tracy has led Cedar House for 14 years, supported by Fintan, our Senior Client Services Manager with over 25 years at Home Group, and Alex, our Mental Health Practice Lead.
Job details
* Work on a rota basis between 7.00am to 8:30pm
* Includes days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Flexibility required for occasional changes in start and finish times
* Confident using technology for plans, online learning, and teamwork
* Enhanced DBS check required; paid for by us
