Location & Hours
Location: Lewisham - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know your preferences when you speak to us!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Premises Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school environments are safe and functional. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Conducting proactive inspections and quality checks to maintain high safety and functionality standards.
* Performing minor repairs and coordinating with external contractors for more complex maintenance issues.
* Ensuring building security through regular patrols and monitoring access points.
* Supporting school activities with furniture arrangement, equipment setup, and general porterage duties.
* Responding swiftly to facilities emergencies and implementing appropriate safety measures.
