We are currently recruiting for multi traders to join our team on a permanent basis (CIS self employed payment) Originally a family run business, we are growing at an alarming rate with several new contracts now in place. Being a part of the team means exactly that and we provide all of our staff with Vans, fuel and uniform as a minimum. In addition to that, our yard near Portsmouth comes complete with a store that has all equipment to compete the jobs as well as accounts at the majority of merchants across the south coast. The day to day jobs are focused around planned and reactive maintenance to occupied residential properties. This can be anything from hanging doors, fitting new kitchen/ bathrooms, changing taps, general snag work etc. As a company, we also have contracts with commercial/ government buildings however the majority will be residential. All projects generally fall in a reasonable commute from Portsmouth dipping slightly into Southampton and West Sussex however it is our responsibility to ensure the jobs are distributed efficiently to those closest to them. Working Monday Friday the hours can vary however generally our team are completing 8.5 9.5 per day. There is opportunity for overtime and weekends. You will be issued all jobs for the next day to fully prepare yourself for the upcoming workload.
