They are looking for a candidate who can produce high quality food for customers and deputise and lead the brigade in Head Chefs absence. The pub cooks to 2AA rosette level and is an excellent career opportunity working alomngside a talented Head Chef

Already working as a Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to good standard
