The Role:
The job role is to provide support to our patients, doctors, practice manager and the rest of the team, by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful assistance on a daily basis, as part of the reception team. Previous experience of working in a medical practice would be highly desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

We are a friendly, busy General Practice Surgery, based in the city of Inverness. We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team.
Your Qualities:

1. Ability to work shifts on weekdays any time between 7:45 am and 6pm (no weekends!)
2. Can adapt to new systems and procedures
3. Can change workload to match changing priorities
4. Input and access data in various computer systems
5. Understand patient enquiries and provide clear, concise responses
6. Able to communicate with patients and staff at all levels
7. Work as a team with other Administrators
8. Focus attention on details
9. Maintain confidentiality at all times
10. Being able to multitask
Must Haves:
11. Nat5 English and Maths, or equivalent qualification
12. Computer knowledge
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Experience of dealing with the public
15. An eye for detail
