Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
* Support children's individual learning and development through tailored activities.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging educational programmes.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to support children with disabilities or special educational needs.
* Promote inclusive practices, particularly for children with autism or other developmental challenges.
Skills
* Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting.
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
* Ability to mentor and tutor children, fostering their growth and confidence.
* Creative writing skills to develop engaging learning materials and activities.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
