The role We are looking for a Consultant based in Manchester or London, to lead audience strategy projects and accounts, developing relationships and maximising value delivered for the client and for us. You’ll use your expertise to deliver transformative insights for clients, build new business and contribute to shaping our future. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on accounts with our amazing clients worldwide. What you’ll be doing Strategic Advisory & Project Excellence You will lead high-impact consultancy and insight projects, providing the oversight needed to ensure every deliverable is high-quality, actionable, and drives clients toward their ultimate strategic goals. As a commercially minded strategist, you will take full ownership of the bottom line, delivering projects on time and under budget while encouraging team-wide efficiency. Commercial Growth & Partnership Development You will act as a primary architect for client success, taking a key role in business growth. Using a natural flair for persuasion, you will scope and design bespoke projects that address complex needs and turn prospects into long-term partners. You will deepen client partnerships as a trusted advisor, ensuring we remain the go-to agency for long-term change. Regional Leadership & Global Innovation You will act as a confident leader, comfortable managing a global portfolio and collaborating flexibly across time zones. You will identify new methods and approaches that keep our work ahead of the curve. About You You’re a strategist at heart who transforms deep curiosity into clear, actionable thinking, with great people skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
