Food & Beverage Supervisor Objective of the Role Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests. Food & Beverage Supervisor Key Duties and Responsibilities To work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining working relationships with colleagues in your own and other departments. To adhere to the procedures for the security of keys, company and personal property and report immediately any suspicious circumstances or people behaving strangely. To work safely, conforming to statutory and company health and safety regulations, Comply with other related statutory regulations (e.g. COSHH). To ensure that cleanliness and appearance of the function rooms are of the highest possible standard. To have a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities. To ensure that food, liquor etc, is served as per guests requirements and Alona Brand Standards Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible. What's required? The ideal candidate will be a senior Food & Beverage Manager looking to make the step up with experience of running and organising events.
