Hours: Full-Time, average of 33 hours per week (Night shifts, alternate weekends)

Your Role as a Night Care Assistant:
Being a Night Care Assistant means being a reassuring presence throughout the night. You'll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance during the night
* Assisting with personal care and hygiene
* Supporting mobility where required
* Carrying out regular checks to ensure residents' safety and wellbeing
* Supporting a calm and comfortable environment
* Assisting with light housekeeping duties
* Administering or supporting medication management where required

Located in the heart of Spalding, Halmer Court is a purpose-built care home offering 61 ensuite rooms designed for comfort, dignity, and ease of mobility. We provide residential, dementia, and respite care in a fully accessible setting tailored to older adults with a range of care needs.
