Who we’re looking for
* 6+ PQE (or 3+ if exceptionally strong) in transactional corporate law
* Experienced in handling M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and business sales
* Comfortable running deals and mentoring junior lawyers
* Commercially sharp, strategic, and an excellent communicator
* Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, low-ego mindset
