Join us as a Product Data Specialist and you’ll be a big part of this. Role Purpose: As a Product Data Specialist you will be responsible for the on-site execution of products in your category area, coordinating projects and working with stakeholders to ensure ranges are on-time and to-brief. Coordinate product lifecycle activity to ensure product accuracy, availability and accessibility for our customers across our ranges. Manage range change activity to prioritise workload and deliver to planned launch deadlines. (Selling Data, Commercial, Ecommerce Trading, Supply) Establish yourself as a data expert and support for product QA queries. Responsible for final sign off individual product QA, ensuring products and assets meet brief requirements. Support investigation of systemic operational data discrepancies impacting product saleability Monitor workflow activity within PIM and Workfront management systems. Responsible for engagement and delivery of vendor portal, coordinate vendor training programme. Co-build and run an enrichment plan to improve product page data, facet completeness and content scores. Drive key projects within e-commerce, to develop process efficiencies and improvements to the product pages. Own new starter training/induction programme, including change to existing process. Optimise group data model, using customer insight in all decision making. Support Marketplace managing category enablement process to launch new marketplace product areas and lead marketplace related data model requests and changes for their category. Build cross-functional relationships to influence system development. (Selling Data, Data Maintenance, Change Control, PIM Development, IT Services) Uphold quality standards and content principles, set clear expectations for consistent output across the team. Run compliance reports to ensure all trading products meet legal regulations (UK/EU) Oversee the administration of data models and subgroup creation / amendments for all 1P and 3P products. Ensure current responsibilities within the role are adequately captured, including OLC maintenance (online catalogue), promotional/campaign roundel management, and fulfilment availability.
