Your Role as a Design Consultant
In this exciting role, you’ll enhance the beauty and functionality of our clients' homes and workspaces by servicing qualified leads generated by our award-winning marketing team. With the support of your District leadership and field team, you’ll achieve your sales objectives and enjoy a generous compensation plan. We equip you with state-of-the-art training, tools, and resources to ensure your success. Our fresh product offerings will help you meet your clients’ unique preferences with confidence.
What You’ll Do
* Match our products and services to clients’ needs with expertise.
* Close appointments by demonstrating our unique Value Proposition and building trust.
* Execute systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid errors.
* Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
* Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional manner.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
* Be flexible with appointment scheduling and team commitments.

* Understand and execute company policies as outlined in the Team Handbook.
Who You Are
* A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* A quick learner who is adaptable and resourceful.
* Capable of expressing thoughts and ideas positively and respectfully.
* Works independently but thrives in a team environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
* Available to work full-time, including one weekend day.
* Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Windows programs.
* Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
* 2-5 years of relationship selling experience, preferably in home décor or retail.
* Education or experience in Design and Decor is a plus.
