To support the smooth running and operation of the Face2Face Department. Learn the foundations of the Department and the wider Group to progress within it, with previous success stories as examples.
Main Duties:
1. Assist the Director, Head of Operations, and other Managers with daily tasks and administration.
2. Data entry using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
3. Process and allocate cases to Paralegals.
4. Support billing and invoicing for clients for the work undertaken.

Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard with Legal Pathways.
Qualifications Required:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
Skills Required:
* Experience with Microsoft Suite – Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Good attention to detail (spelling, grammar, data entry, etc.).
Prospects:
