About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Plant Manager to take full responsibility for the management and performance of our clients fast paced industrial manufacturing site.
This is a key leadership role, accountable for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and delivering against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of site operations, including production, engineering, quality, health & safety, and logistics.
2. Ownership of all site profit and loss
3. Develop Site wide operational performance
4. Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
