A leading international law firm is seeking a New Business Intake Manager to join its high-performing Compliance & Risk function in London.
This is a key leadership role within a globally integrated team, overseeing new business intake, client onboarding, and financial crime compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll manage a team of analysts, act as a senior decision-maker on complex CDD and conflicts matters, and play a central role in driving best-in-class risk and compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a team delivering CDD, sanctions screening, and conflicts analysis
* Acting as a key escalation point for high-risk and complex matters
* Overseeing client onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes globally
* Supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver a commercial, solutions-focused service
