Invoicing: Issuing invoices for sales transactions, ensuring all details are correct and payments are processed appropriately. Daily Administrative Tasks: Managing customer records, updating databases, and maintaining organized sales documentation. Liaising with Factory Departments: Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. Selling Daily Specials: Promoting and selling special offers or products as directed by the senior account manager. Working with Transport Teams: Collaborating with transportation departments to optimize delivery schedules and ensure efficient order fulfilment.
