We’re looking for a Workday Support Analyst to partner with key Centres of Excellence—like HR, Recruitment, or Finance—to deliver smart, scalable Workday solutions. From gathering requirements to managing projects through to deployment, you’ll own the full lifecycle. You’ll also handle complex support queries, collaborating with stakeholders to find the best outcomes.
Some of the day-to-day:
* Work with HR, Financial, and/or Technology teams to lead Workday system projects, including system releases/upgrades, enhancement packages, and process redesign.
* Act as a Workday and business process subject matter expert, supplying best practices and deep knowledge, especially in Human Resources, Accounting, or Financials.
* Conduct and facilitate complex Workday HCM system testing, identify discrepancies, and formulate remediation plans.
* Instruct HR and/or Financial teams, including subject matter experts and leadership, on strategic and ad-hoc HR/Finance technology requests.
* Deliver best practice information for efficiency and compliance purposes.
* Apply project management best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting quality requirements.
We are looking for someone with:
* At least 2 years of business experience, including in Workday and business analysis, with experience in a functional area; experience working for a publicly traded company is preferred; substantial hands-on experience configuring a Workday functional area.
* Strong knowledge in a specific skill set and business area or product.
* Ability to focus primarily on daily execution.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
