12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (until June 2027)The RoleAs a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of managing key commercial partnerships, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and measurement of activation programmes across marketing, PR, communications, and events.This position offers the chance to work at the cutting edge of motorsport, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional partner experiences both trackside and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of partnership activation programmes across marketing, communications, PR, experiential, and hospitality activitiesDevelop and implement integrated partner marketing campaignsBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, planning sessions, and senior stakeholder engagementFacilitate workshops and lead strategic review meetings with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with PR and communications teams to support media programmes and content developmentManage partner brand approvals processes and ensure adherence to brand guidelinesDeliver high-quality partner events and hospitality programmes both at race venues and off-siteTrack and manage contractual rights and ensure all deliverables are fulfilledOversee budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting related to partnership activitiesMeasure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, producing insightful reports for partnersSupport activation activities including vehicle display, appearances, and asset coordinationKey Skills & ExperienceProven excellent experience in sports/motorsport sponsorship industryExcellent communication skills - both spoken and writtenExperience of successful stakeholder managementExperience of financial planning, budget managementExperience of successful strategic partnership campaign developmentStrong ability to prioritise a pressured workload to meet tight deadlinesProactive, responsive and flexible approach, with the ability to operate outside sphere of prescribed role if requiredCommercially astute - used to working in a global motorsport and sport business environmentHighly developed negotiation skillsExperience in communications, PR, social media and/or events and hospitality deliveryPC Skills & Web-based knowledgeAbility to drive in the UKTPBN1_UKTJ
