Job Title: Team Leader Childrens Residential Home

Contract: Full-Time, Variable Shifts (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Childrens Residential Home. You will support the management team in leading and supervising a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
This role operates on a variable shift pattern across all 7 days of the week, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A fixed shift pattern is not available, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff on shift
* Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive development of children in your care
* Support the implementation of care plans and behaviour management strategies
* Assist with staff supervision, handovers, and daily reporting
* Promote a nurturing, supportive, and structured environment
Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Essential
* Full UK Driving Licence Strongly Favourable
* Previous experience in a residential childcare setting
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Willingness to work flexible, unsociable hours as required
