Overview
Seasalt began in 1981 with a small shop in Penzance, selling workwear to local mariners and practical overalls to artists. Today, we’ve grown into a thriving omnichannel retailer with over 80 UK and Ireland stores, 400+ wholesale stockists, and a growing international and online footprint.
As a B Corp and winner of both Drapers “Best Place to Work” and CIPD’s “Best Recognition Programme”, we care deeply about our people, our communities and our long-term impact. Our Head Office teams provide the foundations that empower our people to drive sustainable growth across the UK and international markets.

Reporting to the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager, you’ll create clear communications and engagement activity that bring our purpose, culture and priorities to life.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll support consistent, people focused communication and create opportunities for employee voice. You’ll also help deliver engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives, using employee feedback and insight to strengthen the overall employee journey.
Please note this is a full time permanent contract. As part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK.
